Defining the brief, scope and priorities — setting a clear foundation before design begins. We get to know you, your project and the goals you want to achieve. We will do a site-visit, brainstorm about ideas and may prepare any required technical aspects.

We create mood boards, material palettes and develop concept layouts to explore the creative direction. This phase defines the look, feel and intent of the project. We also present furniture and fittings in this stage for your review and feedback.

At the end of this stage most of the design concept will be defined, so that we can focus on executing it perfectly.

We develop our concept design alongside architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure alignment across the project disciplines. In this stage we allow for the discreet integration of the known technical systems where possible

Producing detailed drawings, joinery, and specifications ready for costing, tendering and construction.

Sourcing is where creativity meets rigor. We collaborate with trusted makers to deliver bespoke furniture, lighting and finishes, while seeking out vintage and one-off pieces that add character and depth. Each element is managed with care to ensure it arrives as intended.

We liaise with your contractor throughout the fit-out, attending site coordination meetings to resolve design queries and ensure quality and detailing are executed as intended.

Final placement and dressing — ensuring every space feels balanced, and complete. We can make sure every detail is right, from the artworks on the wall to the flowers on the table, ready for the house to be lived in.
